Robert L. Keighton Death, Obituary – The departure of Dr. Robert L. Keighton, an esteemed member of the Curry College faculty who served in this capacity for more than half a century, is something that has all of us in a state of deep and profound grief. Dr. Keighton held this post for more than half a century. The Keighton Fund, which is used to pay lectures, was established in his name, and he is principally responsible for the fact that I have such a strong interest in the study of international history. In addition, the Keighton Fund was established in his name. We discussed the sinking of the Lusitania and the tremendous impact that it had on
World War 2 in a way that was both incredibly engaging and thought-provoking to those who participated in the chat. In 1915, the Lusitania, a British passenger liner, met its watery grave in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. An extraordinary professor who will be greatly missed organized visits to Curry College for notable individuals from the fields of academia, the arts, the sciences, and public service. These individuals have contributed significantly to their respective fields. I hope and pray that he will be at rest for the rest of eternity. The OUTSTANDING STUDENT IN THE CLASS! The departure of Dr. K will cause a tremendous deal of sadness for a significant number of people.
As we travel through life, the memory of him ought to be a source of blessing for each and every one of us.
