
Rob Bootsma Death, Obituary – The news of Rob Bootsma’s passing has affected everyone in the Shire’s Bush Fire Brigade with an overwhelming feeling of sorrow. Rob was a long-time member of the brigade. Rob was a well respected member of the Bush Fire Brigade, and his passing has left everyone in the brigade with a profound sense of loss because of the role he played in the organization. Barbara, Hannah, and Gabrielle, members of Rob’s family, along with the Rosa Brook Fire Brigade, want to express their deepest condolences on behalf of the entire Shire community. It is likely that the people who live in the Shire will want to convey their condolences to the family.

Rob held the positions of Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade from 2008 until 2011, Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade from 2011 until 2013, and Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade from 2011 until the time of his passing in 2013. He served in these capacities for the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade. Rob passed away in 2013.
Up to the time of his passing, Rob served on the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade as a volunteer firefighter. Rob’s involvement with the Rosa Brook Bush Fire Brigade continued right up until the time of his passing, when he took his last shift. Rob has always had an interest in the field of emergency services, and his most recent position, which is that of Community Emergency Services Manager for the Shire of Nannup, has given him the opportunity to continue pursuing this interest. Rob’s interest in the field of emergency services has lasted his entire life. Rob has always been fascinated by the world of emergency services and wants to work in the sector someday.
