Michael Logsdon Obituary, Death – Michael “Mickey” Obra Logsdon, 75 years old, a resident of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 in the comfort of his own home. On July 2, 1947, he was welcomed into the world in Hart County, Kentucky by his late parents, Obra Logsdon and Marguerite Gaddie Logsdon. Mickey spent 37 years with R.R. Donnelleys, where he worked as a supervisor and job analyst in the graphic arts department until retiring. He had a deep and abiding interest in Tesla automobiles, Elon Musk, SpaceX, and other cutting-edge technological developments.
His devoted wife of 53 years, Cheryl Perry Logsdon, as well as two daughters, Terri Jo Harris (Kyle) and Leighanne Bennett (Dave), as well as two grandchildren, Anna Kate Davidson and Eliza Harris, as well as two sisters, Carol DeFries (Roger) and Diana Grace, are among his survivors (Jim). In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Byron Logsdon. His parents and brother both passed away before him.
At the conclusion of the funeral service for Mr. Logsdon, which will be held at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, July 16 at 1:00 PM, cremation will take place. The funeral home will be open for visitation on Friday afternoon beginning at 4:00 PM and continuing until 8:00 PM, as well as on Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 AM until the time of the service. The care of Mr. Logsdon and his family has been committed to A. F. Crow & Son, and we are proud to have received this responsibility.
