Michael G. Smith Death, Obituary – According to the information provided by the Delaware State Police, the deceased bicyclist has been named as Michael G. Smith, 65, who was a resident of Harrington, Delaware. Mr. Smith was killed on January 16, 2023 in Harrington after being involved in an accident with a motor vehicle. The Collision Reconstruction Unit of Delaware State Police Troop 3 is continuing its investigation into the circumstances surrounding this event (DSP Troop 3).
