Melissa Drury McLane Death, Obituary – Melissa Drury McLane, age 53, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away at her home on the 16th of January, 2023, after a peaceful battle with illness. She was born to her parents, Foster Raymond Drury and Marilyn Rae Drury, on February 6, 1969 in the city of Memphis, Tennessee. Melissa was a kind and generous girl who had a wide circle of acquaintances and friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Lolli to her grandkids. Her children and grandchildren referred to her as “Lolli.” She enjoyed all of the memories made at the lake and with the people she met there.

She adored the lake. Within her family, she served as the unifying force that brought everyone closer together. Her family was her greatest source of happiness, and she was at her happiest whenever she was able to spend time with them. Melissa was a trustworthy confidante, a shoulder for her friends to lean on, and the smile they needed on bad days for her pals. Her unwavering and unwavering faith sustained her through everything that life threw at her, and she made it a point to always discover new ways to share her generosity with others around her.
Both of Melissa’s parents passed away before she did.

Melissa is an only child. Her husband Brian McLane, her children Jake Fraiture (Cori Fraiture), Jessica Cable (Garrett Cable), and Tyler Fraiture, her step-children Courtney Mize (Tyler Mize) and Reiley Harris (Cory Harris), and her four grandchildren Jocelyn Walker, Jet Walker, Jax Walker, and John Walker, as well as her step-mother Patricia Drury and her father-in-law John McLane and mother-in-law Karen Mc Along with her biological sisters, Melissa is predeceased by her step-sisters Sue Salchert and Amy Vince, as well as her cherished sister Meredith Drury Murphy. Her legacy is carried on in the hearts of many of her cousins, aunts and uncles, nephews and nieces, and other relatives. Both as a mother and a wife, Melissa shone brightly.
