Mark Griffin Obituary, Death – Mark F. Griffin, age 70, passed suddenly at his home in the afternoon of Friday, November 25, 2022, from complications related to diabetes. Mark Francis Griffin was born on March 5, 1952 in Sharon, Pennsylvania. His parents, Paul Francis Griffin and Alice Jane McDougal Griffin, both passed away before Mark was born. He attended and graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1970 having spent his childhood in the town of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania.
Before taking his retirement a number of years ago, he was employed at Sherwin Williams/US Can/Ball Manufacturing in Hubbard for a long period of time. Mark was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Chapter 3298 in Austintown in addition to the Canfield Sportsmen’s Conservation Club. He enjoyed outdoor activities like hunting and fishing, as well as watching the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes play football.
Mark is survived by his wife, Bobbi Clark Griffin, whom he married on November 10, 2010; three brothers, Paul (Jane) Griffin of West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, Jim (Tracey) Griffin of Sharpsville, and Bobby Griffin of Williamsfield, Pennsylvania; three children, six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and extended family members and many friends. Mark also leaves behind a number of extended family members and friends. Mark Griffin was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Griffin as well as his sister Geryl Griffin King.
