The culprit was wanted for violating his probation.
Ashley, who is also his wife, wrote:
“My Best Friend That Individual My whole universe disappeared in the twinkling of an eye. Without you, I’m not sure how I’ll be able to make it through this thing we call life. I am at a loss for words to adequately express what an outstanding individual my late spouse was. He was the person I needed. I adore you with every beat of my heart. Rest easy, my love, #1501 your brothers and sisters in blue took it from here till we meet again. Until then, “Until we meet again”
In memory of Chief McIntryre, Governor Tom Wolf has ordered that all state flags be flown at half-staff until further notice. Wolf suggests that flags should be flown at half-staff until sundown on the day of the funeral for the Chief, which, as of this writing, has not yet been determined.
