Jacqueline Montanaro Obituary, U.S. Customs and Border Supervisory Officer Has Died - Death

Jacqueline Montanaro And Madelyn Montanaro Obituary, Death – Both Jacqueline Montanaro, a supervisory officer for the United States Customs and Border Protection, and her daughter Madelyn, who was only a child at the time, passed away as a result of a tragic fire that occurred in Hazlet. Jackie’s untimely death was a tragic and unexpected outcome of the injuries she sustained while heroically attempting to save her daughter Madelyn from the fire that broke out in their family home. Madelyn was able to escape the blaze, but Jackie did not.

The injuries that she sustained ultimately resulted in the death of her child as well. People who had the opportunity to work with Jackie saw her as an outstanding human being. Her capacity to accomplish any assignment at work was the only thing that could top her love and devotion to her family while she was at home. She was quite skilled in the activities she participated in. In addition to her husband William, Jackie will be leaving behind her second young daughter in addition to her first.

Jackie went away early this morning after succumbing to injuries she sustained while heroically fighting to save her daughter Madelyn when the fire broke out in their home. Jackie passed away after succumbing to injuries she sustained while attempting to save her daughter Madelyn from the fire. Madelyn was successful in evacuating the building but Jackie was unable to do so. Madelyn took her final breath earlier today in the afternoon. The extent of the loss that our community has sustained as a result of the passing of this remarkable Supervisor, Colleague, Friend, and Hero is beyond our ability to adequately express in words.

The amount of love and commitment that Jackie showed for her family at home was equaled only by her ability to successfully complete any task at work. Jackie has a reputation for being a hard worker.
In addition to being a devoted wife to her husband, William Montanaro, a doting mother to her two beautiful daughters, and the Vice President of the Customs United Service Alliance, she is also a customs broker. She held everyone around her to a very high standard and worked tirelessly to make everyone around her a better officer, a better person, or even simply a better family member. She held everyone around her to an extremely high standard. She expected an incredibly high level of performance from everyone.
