
Emory Hogan Death, Obituary – The Honorable Emory M. Hogan, Professor On Monday, January 16, 2023, Emory M. Hogan, a resident of White Hall who had reached the age of 92, passed away in his residence. He called White Hall his home and worked there. He was born on October 31st, 1930 in the city of East St. Louis, Missouri, in the United States of America. His parents were Emory M. Hogan and Mabel G. O’Rielly Hogan. His daughter Sandra (Ron) Milnes of Murrayville, his five grandchildren Beau (Sam) Milnes, Brittany (Jamie) Law, Brent Milnes, Michael Hogan, and Alexis Hogan-Hobson, his six great grandchildren Brady Milnes, Kenzie, Kole, and Kruz Law, Ali and Renee Hogan, and two nieces Sharon
(Tom) McGlasson of Fort Worth, Texas and Karen (Herb) Stagge of Orlando, Florida are among the people His maternal and paternal parents, both of his children, Susan and Sallie Hogan, as well as his two sisters, Evelyn Magac and Patricia Hogan, all passed away before he did. His two sisters were Patricia Hogan and Evelyn Magac. Emory served in the United States Air Force from 1948 until 1952. His years of service include the years 1948 through 1952. He was a member of a number of groups of this type, including the White Hall Masonic Lodge #80, the Ansar Shrine, and the Rasna Shrine Club, amongst others.
After working for the Kroger organization for a total of thirty years in the capacity of truck driver, he decided to take early retirement. After that, he launched a business in White Hall known as Quality Cleaners, which included a coin laundry and a cleaning service. Some of his favorite things to do in his spare time were gardening, attending auctions, collecting clocks, and working on clocks.
