Elder Laing Obituary, Learn more about Brayden Laing Death

Elder Laing Death, Obituary – Elder Brayden Laing, a beloved member of the Utah Orem Mission family, was tragically taken from them yesterday, January 12, when he was killed in a motorcycle accident. Brayden eventually tied the knot with Cami, his high school sweetheart, and she proved to be a loyal and loving supporter of him throughout his mission. They recently celebrated their first anniversary after being married for a whole year. Elder Laing had a great testimony of the Redeemer Jesus Christ and loved the gospel with all of his heart. This was obvious to anybody who served with or was in the same vicinity as him.

He had a wonderful time serving as a missionary and he cherished his time spent in the UOM. Brayden cherished his wife and children above all else, as well as life itself. Brayden was ready to meet the Savior, and we know that he was greeted with love on the other side of the veil. We are sure he would tell you that he wasn’t ready to move on, but we interviewed and met with Brayden many, many times, and we know this. Brayden would tell you that he wasn’t ready to move on, and I’m sure you would believe him.

Even if their faith remains strong and unshaken, the family is understandably in a state of disbelief. The burdensome task of paying for funeral expenses is both a difficulty and an opportunity for the UOM Family to lend a helping hand. Please take into consideration making a donation to his father, Legrand, even if you can only afford one dollar or five dollars. Although he has not inquired about it, we are aware that the costs will be quite significant. If you are able to contribute in any amount, however small, please utilize Venmo to send it to @LeGrandandbecca-Laing.
