Destiny Donehew Obituary, Death – On Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the age of 30, Knoxville resident Destiny Dashon Donehew passed away unexpectedly. Debbie Heath and Randy Donehew welcomed their daughter Destiny into the world on February 14, 1992. She didn’t waste any time after finishing high school and enrolled in nursing school to become what she was always destined to be. Destiny has a very big heart and cared deeply about the well-being of others. If you knew her, you were aware of how disorganized she was; hence, her nickname was “messy desi.” She had such a vibrant personality and will be remembered fondly for all time.
Destiny was a wonderful mother to her puppies, Lito and Maverick, and she took tremendous pride in doing so. Destiny’s nieces and nephews were the centers of her universe, and she made sure that everyone around her knew it. Her father was the one who passed away before her: Randy Donehew’s grandparents are Dalwin Heath and Phyllis Jean Heath, and his great-grandparents are Henry and Linda Donehew. Randy’s uncle is Tony Donehew, and his aunt is Kelly Donehew. Amanda Greene is Randy’s cousin. She goes away so that she can treasure her memories.

Nephews: Natylie, Kaydence, and Heaven Nephews: Julian and Skylar Aunts: Lisa Heath and Tammy Heath Cousins: Chase Heath, Ryan & Matthew Satterfield, Kristi Greene, Brandy & Allen Donehew and Best Friend Jazmine Smith along with a host of other family members and friends also attended the funeral. A celebration of life will be conducted on Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 12 to 2 at the Vestal Baptist Church located at 4121 Geyland Heights Rd. in Knoxville, Tennessee 37920. The service will be led by Pastor Arnold Greene and will be followed by a “Destiny’s spaghetti feast.” Before the start of the service, floral arrangements and bouquets can be delivered to the church.
