Debbie Stevens Obituary, Death – We are sad to inform you that Debbie Fowler, who resided in Coleman, Texas, was required to be put to sleep on January 14, 2023, and we express our condolences to her family and friends. You are more than welcome to express your sympathies to the family by writing them down in the guestbook that has been provided for that purpose. Her daughter Stacie Fowler, as well as her sisters Patsy Dicus and Virgina Gibbard, passed away before she did. She was the last of her family members to pass away. Both of her parents, Lee Leatherman and Lola Leatherman, had already passed away before to her passing.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Fowler, who resides in Coleman; her daughter, Terri Fowler, who resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her siblings, Lee Leatherman, Jr., who resides in Brownwood, and Wanda Jackson (Lonnie), who resides in Coleman. She was married to Terry Fowler. Her daughter, Terri Fowler, resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado. On Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, guests are welcome to pay their respects in the chapel of Stevens Funeral Home (400 W Pecan St, Coleman, TX 76834). A memorial service will be held at the gravesite in the Brown Ranch Cemetery on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon (County Rd, Texas 76878). In honor of Debbie, donations can be made to the Coleman County Senior Center Meals on Wheels, which is located at 916 S. Concho in the city of Coleman, Texas 76834. The address for the center is also 916 S. Concho.
