Cynthia Dobish Obituary, Death – E. Millsboro, Pennsylvania resident Cynthia Louise “Cindy” (Landman) Dobish, age 56, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was born on September 30th, 1966, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, to her parents, Wilbur Landman and Patricia (Piper) Landman, who has since passed away. Cindy had a passion for the kitchen and always put her guests’ needs first. Her favorite things to do in the highlands included fishing. She adored her dogs, Dee and Chris, and thought of them as her children. She had a lot of fun going boating and quad riding with her friends!
Cindy and her sister Terri shared an unbreakable bond; they were inseparable, and they never missed an opportunity to “nip” together. She is survived by her fiancĂ©, Joe Mudery; her children, Thomas Waggett and fiancee Tabatha Gemas, and Albert Waggett; her grandchildren, Elisabeth, Christopher, Nathan, Charlotte, John, Mieke and Isabella; her brothers, Tom (Lynn) Landman, Red (Karen) Landman, and Jerry Landman; her sister, Terri Landman; a large number of nieces and nephews, including her special
Her father, Eugene Landman, her brother, James “J.J.” Landman, and both sets of grandparents, Earl and Helen Landman and Earl and Betty Piper, all passed away before she did. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her father. Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, located at 28 Connellsville Street in Dunbar, Pennsylvania, is in charge of the arrangements. It has been decided that there would be NO PUBLIC VISITATION in order to respect Cindy’s wishes. In lieu of sending flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the “Cynthia Dobish Memorial Fund,” which can be sent in care of the Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home at 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pennsylvania 15431.
