Cady’s addiction eventually led to her disappearing from our life, but not before it had a negative impact. As her family, we feel obliged to emphasize the importance of seeking professional help when dealing with mental health concerns and the importance of counseling as a critical step in the recovery process for anyone struggling with addiction. I truly hope you realize you are more than your addiction. Give yourself the space to love yourself enough to want and give yourself permission to accept the help you require.
Permitting yourself to love yourself enough to want to acquire the support you require. Cady Moore is survived by her father Thomas Moore, mother Stephanie Moore (who lives in Dix), siblings Brooke Poninski and her husband Hayden, Blake Moore, Abigail Burnes, and Maddison Moore (all of whom live in Mount Vernon), and her mother Stephanie Moore. Thomas Moore, Cady Moore’s father, and Stephanie Moore, her mother, both passed away before her. Cady was involved in the Mount Vernon community and resided close by.
In addition, Cady’s niece and three nephews, none of whom she will ever get to meet owing to her premature passing, will mourn her. PaPa Terry Moore, who had gone away on July 28, 2021, had a very special place in her heart. Both of her grandmothers, Beverly Moore of Mount Vernon and Pat Bailey of Dix, are still living, as is her great-grandmother Shirley Lockwood of Texico, Illinois. Her grandmothers, both of them, are also left behind. Only immediate family members are currently permitted to attend.
