Becky Mcclain Obituary, Davenport Iowa, Mourn the death of Becky Mcclain

Becky Mcclain Obituary, Death –  Becky Mcclain lost her brave battle with cancer at the AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. When she finally breathed her last, she was surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on May 1 in Quincy, Illinois to parents Terry and Barbara Van Camp. As for her education, she completed high school in Quincy. Becky graduated from WCTC’s phlebotomy program in 2017, and she has since been working as a phlebotomist at ProHealth Pewaukee.

She and her long-time partner Arun Mcclain finally tied the marriage on December 29, 2020, after dating for nearly a decade. They’d known each other their whole lives but hadn’t been friends until much later. Becky is survived by her husband, Arun Mcclain; her parents, Terry and Barbara Van Camp; her children, Kameron and Katelyn (KK) Peer; her brother, Mark Van Camp; and an incalculable number of friends.

The births of her children, Kameron and Katelyn Peer, and her subsequent graduation from WCTC to become a phlebotomist, have always been the two most meaningful things in her life. Kameron and KK, her two children, have been and will continue to be the driving force behind all she does. Phlebotomy provided her with yet another venue through which to demonstrate the generosity and compassion that characterized her personality. She held a profound reverence for all things nature, and spending time outdoors was one of Becky’s favorite things to do. She would cram as many of her favorite activities as possible into her days, including spending time with her daughters and pets, going fishing, camping, and exploring state parks, and watching baseball games starring her favorite team, the St. Louis Cardinals.
