Andrew Kemp Death, Obituary – RAF Odiham wants the family and friends of Sergeant Andrew Kemp to know that they have their sincere condolences as they share the news of his passing with one another. Despite the fact that he had only been transferred to RAF Odiham from RAF Cosford in September 2022, Sergeant Andy Kemp had already made a significant contribution to the demanding Force Protection Training Flight. The work of this flight is absolutely essential to the Station’s operational output.
Despite the fact that he had only recently been transferred to RAF Odiham from RAF Cosford in September 2022, Sergeant Andy Kemp was included in a statement made by the Station Commander, Group Captain McGurk. I was shocked to read of his demise, and his family, along with all of his friends and the people he worked with, are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. The following is a statement made by Flight Lieutenant Green, who is the Officer Commanding the Force Protection Training Flight at RAF Odiham “It was a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with Sgt. Kemp, and we took full use of it.
The moment he arrived at RAF Odiham, he did not squander any time in getting involved in the operations, and despite the fact that the section was extremely busy, he still took the initiative to participate, thereby demonstrating his sincere dedication to the principles of maintaining a diverse and welcoming environment within the unit. He wasted no time in getting involved in the operations. He will be sorely missed, and I want to express my deepest condolences to his family and to everyone else who shared his circle of friends and loved ones.”
